For general troubleshooting of the Subharmonicon, we recommend following the steps:
1. Perform a NOTE CALIBRATION by following the instructions found here.
2. Perform a FIRMWARE RELOAD using the files and instructions here.
3. If you are having MIDI connectivity issues, verify that you are using the dongle that shipped with the Subharmonicon rather than one from another manufacturer
