By default, Subharmonicon is set to CH 1. You can change this by sending the instrument a SysEx file, which you can find here.
Sending SysEx to SUBHARMONICON
- Connect a MIDI cable from your MIDI interface (or MIDI-capable audio interface) to SUBHARMONICON.
- Open your SysEx handling software.
NOTE: We recommend Bome SendSX for Windows and SysEx Librarian for Mac. There is a useful guide for using SysEx Librarian available here. - In the software, select your MIDI interface as your MIDI output device.
NOTE: in SysEx Librarian, this is found in a drop-down menu at the top of the application window; in Bome SendSX there is a MIDI OUT menu on on the menu bar. - Load the appropriate file into your SysEx handler (e.g. "subharmonicon_midi_ch2.syx") and click Send/Play. You will see the MIDI light on SUBHARMONICON's front panel blink quickly, indicating that the file was received successfully.
