Only the LFO Rate LED is blinking on my Sub Phatty/Subsequent 25 after a firmware update

When the LFO rate is the only thing blinking on the Subsequent 25 it means its waiting for firmware; usually re-running the firmware update will resolve this behavior.  

Make sure you have the instrument plugged directly into your computer and not into a USB Hub while running the firmware update.

Depending on your configuration, it may also be necessary to slow the transfer speed of your SysEx handler. Try slowing down the transfer speed to 50% and the Transmit Buffer size to 128, then re-start the firmware update.
